What happens if I outgrow my plan?: We'll tell you before you hit a limit and help you upgrade without interrupting fulfilment. No surprise invoices.
How does data migration work?: Our team takes your existing SKU master, stock levels, and open orders and moves them into ChannelWise for you. Typical migrations complete inside a week.
Do you charge per user?: No. Every plan includes unlimited users on your account - add your whole warehouse team without worrying about seat costs.
Can I cancel anytime?: Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans give you a discount in exchange for a 12-month term.
Is my data safe?: Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in AWS eu-west-2, with daily backups. Enterprise customers can request a full security pack.
